How an 80k investment turned into +1.6m in additional estimated revenue and ranking #1 in over 60 towns for PDRTX Smart Auto Repair
PDRTX is an industry-leading team dedicated to providing smart auto hail and body repairs, paint protection film installations, and more. Read how we helped with their marketing, sales, and operations.

PDRTX's Website Was Old And Outdated While Their Vision Was Growing Exponentially - They Needed To Catch Up Before Getting Left Behind But Needed A Partner They Could Trust
The three owners of PDRTX - Jessie, Joel, and Jose - had a vision for PDRTX to become the go to company for PDR hail damage dent repair, but their marketing, operations, and sales procedures where falling behind in the vision and needed to be fixed so that they wouldn't be held back.
- Old and outdated website turning customers to their competition
- Not being found on Google or AI
- No sales automations for follow ups with new leads
- Branding was old and outdated
- No CRM was being used for customer communication
They knew that they would be stuck soon and chose to be proactive and find a trusted partner that they could hire to setup all of their marketing, sales, and operations so that they could streamline the business, get more leads, close more leads, and grow into other towns.

Frisco Web Agency Became The Marketing, Sales, And Operations Partner PDRTX Needed To Grow
Before building anything, we met with Jessie, Joel, and Jose for three strategy sessions totaling around eight hours so we could fully understand their vision, services, sales process, marketing, operations, admin needs, and what was holding PDRTX back.
- Strategy: Completed three strategy sessions to understand their vision, growth goals, services, operations, sales process, marketing needs, and expansion plans.
- Website: Built a bigger, stronger, more competitive website with updated service pages for PDR, auto hail damage repair, PPF, ceramic coating, body repair, and window tint.
- SEO / AEO: Optimized the website to show up on Google and AI, created service pages, added town pages, and helped get PDRTX listed across 60+ towns.
- CRM: Set up a CRM system with lead tracking, customer communication, follow-up automations, sales campaigns, nurture campaigns, review request campaigns, and streamlined operations.
- Branding & Design: Redesigned the PDRTX logo, refreshed the brand, created a cleaner visual direction, and designed business cards, magazine ads, print ads, and vehicle vinyl / QR code assets.
- Advertising Support: Created and optimized landing pages, handled website integrations, and supported the lead generation system while Capital Advertising managed Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Operations: Streamlined marketing, sales, and admin processes so PDRTX could follow up better, close more leads, and grow into more towns.
Frisco Web Agency helped PDRTX rebuild more than their website. We helped build the marketing, sales, and operations foundation they needed to grow without being held back.

From New York to Texas Domination: The PDRTX & Frisco Web Agency Story
Introduction: The Vision of Partnership
At Frisco Web Agency, our philosophy has always been that we are not just a service provider; we are a growth partner. When I, Christopher Potter, founded this agency, the goal was to find business owners who didn't just want a "digital brochure," but who possessed a "lofty vision"—a vision so large it required a digital engine to propel it.
The story of PDRTX (Paintless Dent Repair Texas) is perhaps the most profound example of this philosophy in action. It is a story of faith, relocation, relentless ambition, and a technical execution that spanned over 400 pages of custom code and content. It is the story of how three men from New York came to Texas with a dream to become the number one PDR company in the state, and how Frisco Web Agency became an integrated part of that legacy.
The Genesis: A Master Networks Connection
The journey began at a local chapter of Master Networks, a high-octane professional networking group. I was a member of the Frisco North chapter, a group known for its high-level entrepreneurs and community leaders. Our president at the time was Leanne Edgar (now Leanne Tolbert), the owner of Suntex Roofing and Reconstruction (suntexroofs.com).
Leanne is a powerhouse in the roofing and reconstruction industry, and she understood the value of high-tier networking. One morning, she invited a guest to our chapter: Jesse Cintron. Jesse was a co-owner of a new venture called PDRTX Smart Auto Repair. He had recently moved to Celina, Texas, with his partners, Jose Albino and Joel Castillo.
In New York, they had operated PDRNY (Paintless Dent Repair New York), but they saw the opportunity in the "Hail Capital of the World"—North Texas. They didn't just want to "do okay"; they wanted to dominate. As soon as Jesse heard that Frisco Web Agency specialized in high-end Webflow development and aggressive SEO/AEO strategies, he didn't hesitate. He booked a one-on-one meeting with me immediately. Jesse is the type of man who knows exactly what he wants and moves toward it with a sense of peace, excellence, and godly purpose.
The Human Element: Jesse, Jose, and Joel
To understand the success of the PDRTX project, you must understand the men behind it. Jesse Cintron is, in every sense of the word, a "people person." He is deeply committed to his family, his business, and his faith. He is a Christian man who leads with values, pursuing business goals not out of greed, but out of a desire for excellence and a commitment to provide for his community.
His partners, Jose Albino and Joel Castillo, share this ethos. When they moved their lives from New York to Celina, they weren't just moving a business; they were planting a flag. They brought a level of craft to Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), Paint Protection Film (PPF), and Ceramic Coating that is rare in the industry. They treated every vehicle—whether a daily driver or a luxury supercar—with the same reverence.
I didn't realize it during that first cup of coffee with Jesse, but I was about to become a character in their story. We weren't going to be an external agency they "hired"; we were going to be the marketing arm of their family business.
The Assessment: Auditing the "Old" PDRTX
When we sat down to look at their existing digital presence, the gap between their vision and their reality was wide. At the time, their website was a basic Wix site. It was only five pages long:
- Home
- About
- FAQ
- Contact
- Services
While it was a functional "business card" site, it was essentially invisible to search engines. They were going up against industry giants like Intellident—companies with massive budgets, fully integrated CRMs, and years of SEO authority.
Jesse wasn't discouraged. He knew that the quality of their work was superior and that they just needed a digital platform that reflected that quality. I presented them with three options: our standard Website Redesign, a Growth Package, and the Local Domination Package.
Given their goal of becoming #1 in Texas, I recommended Local Domination. We met at their shop—a recurring theme in this project. All of our interactions were in person. We spent two hours in that first meeting discussing the future. I walked Jesse, Jose, and Joel through the architecture of a site that doesn't just "exist" but "wins." After some internal discussion, Jesse messaged me later that day: "We’re good to go."
The Deep Dive: Strategy and Discovery
The project began with a 50% deposit and a commitment to a deep-discovery phase. Because PDRTX was aiming so high, a single hour-long meeting wasn't enough. We conducted two separate strategy sessions, each lasting three hours.
We sat in their shop in Celina, surrounded by the tools of their trade. We learned about the chemistry of ceramic coatings, the physics of PDR, and the delicate application of PPF. We interviewed them about their sales process: How did they handle insurance claims? What was the "catastrophe response" protocol when a major hail storm hit?
We gathered every piece of documentation, every car rental agreement, and every direction-of-payment form. Our goal was to understand their business so thoroughly that we could build a website that didn't just look pretty, but actually functioned as a member of their operational team. We conducted exhaustive competitor research, looking at every keyword Intellident and other competitors were ranking for. We weren't looking to copy them; we were looking to leapfrog them.
Building the Beast: 400+ Pages of Custom Excellence
We chose Webflow as the development platform. For a project of this scale—where speed, security, and SEO are non-negotiable—Webflow is the only choice for an agency looking to dominate.
The Architectural Scope
The previous site had 5 pages. The new PDRTX site would eventually grow to over 400 pages. This wasn't "fluff" or "bloat"; it was a calculated strategy to capture local search intent across the entire Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
We built dedicated pages for every core service:
- Auto Hail Repair (and Catastrophe Response)
- Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Ceramic Coating
- Window Tinting
- Auto Body Repair & Vehicle Painting
- Insurance Claim Assistance
The "Local Domination" Engine
To win at local SEO, we knew we had to be relevant in every suburb and town PDRTX served. We built individual town pages not just for "Hail Repair," but for "PPF," "Ceramic Coating," and "Window Tinting" as well.
We built out custom pages for over 60 towns, including:
- The Inner Circle: Celina, Prosper, Frisco, Gunter, McKinney, Allen.
- The Growth Corridors: Plano, Richardson, Carrollton, Lewisville, The Colony, Little Elm, Aubrey, Crossroads, Krugerville, Pilot Point.
- The DFW Core: Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie.
- The Northern Expansion: Denton, Sanger, Krum, Van Alstyne, Anna, Melissa, Howe, Sherman, Denison.
- The Mid-Cities & Beyond: Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Coppell, Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Justin, Haslet, Saginaw, Keller, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Euless, Bedford.
Each page was custom-tailored with specific metadata and H1 tags to ensure that when someone in Southlake searched for "Best PPF near me," or someone in Anna searched for "Auto Hail Repair," PDRTX was the first name they saw.
Content, AEO, and AI Strategy
We didn't rely on stock photos. Frisco Web Agency went on-site to shoot professional photography and video. We captured the precision of the technicians, the gleam of the finished cars, and the professionalism of the office staff.
For the copy, we utilized a high-level "AEO" (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy. While we used ChatGPT to assist in content generation, we didn't just use standard prompts. We fed the AI our proprietary keyword research, the specific "voice" of Jesse and his partners, and internal linking instructions. The result was 400+ pages of handwritten-quality text that answered the specific questions customers were asking on Google and AI search tools.
The CRM: Streamlining the "Shop Life"
Building a massive website is only half the battle. If a website generates 100 leads but the shop only calls back 10 of them, the project is a failure. To prevent this, Frisco Web Agency white-labeled GoHighLevel to create a custom CRM for PDRTX.
15-Second Lead Response
In the PDR world, speed is everything. When a hail storm hits, a customer might contact five different shops. The shop that calls back first usually wins the job. We set up automated workflows so that every time a form was filled out on the website, the lead was contacted via SMS and email within 15 seconds.
Conversation AI and Chatbots
We integrated an AI chatbot trained on PDRTX’s specific data. It could answer technical questions about ceramic coating curing times or PPF warranties, and it could even book appointments directly into the team’s calendar. This wasn't a generic bot; it was a digital receptionist that never slept.
The "Hail Warning" System
One of the most intense aspects of our partnership was our "Real-Time Response." Jesse and his partners were always vigilant about the weather. Because we were an integrated part of their team, we maintained a "drop everything" policy.
There were times when I was on a date night with my wife, or it was a Saturday evening, and the clouds would turn that ominous shade of Texas green. Jesse would text: "Hail is hitting Allen."
Immediately, our team would jump into the CRM. We would blast out "Hail Warning" emails and SMS alerts to their entire database of thousands of contacts, offering them priority scheduling before the rush. This proactive marketing improved their lead generation exponentially and solidified their reputation as the most responsive shop in North Texas.
Marketing Collateral: A 360-Degree Brand
The digital world is powerful, but in the automotive industry, physical presence still matters. We became PDRTX’s full-service design house.
We created:
- Flyers and Brochures: Professional, high-gloss marketing materials for their shop and for their partners.
- Magazine Ads: Custom designs for local luxury and community magazines.
- Car Wraps: We designed the logos, QR codes, and layouts for their fleet of vehicles, turning their trucks into mobile billboards that generated calls while they were driving down DNT or 121.
- Partner Landing Pages: PDRTX built incredible partnerships with companies like Super Splash, Discount Tire, and Detailing World. We built custom landing pages and QR-coded flyers for these specific partners so PDRTX could track exactly how many leads were coming from each partnership.
Collaboration with Capital Advertising
We are experts in websites and organic SEO, but we believe in the power of specialization. For paid advertising (Google and Facebook Ads), we brought in our trusted partner, Tyler Smith of Capital Advertising.
Frisco Web Agency acted as the "hub" for this collaboration. We handled the technical side—setting up Google Pixels, Tag Manager, and embedding tracking codes—while Tyler managed the ad spend. This ensured there was no "triangular communication" or finger-pointing. PDRTX didn't have to manage two different agencies; they just had to watch the leads come in. We integrated the ad data directly into our CRM so Jesse could see exactly which ad led to which sale.
The Results: A Multi-Million Dollar ROI
We worked with PDRTX for approximately three and a half years. During that time, they invested roughly $80,000 with Frisco Web Agency. This covered the massive 400-page build, the ongoing SEO/AEO, the CRM management, and all the physical marketing collateral.
When we calculate the results, we look at three tiers of success based on the leads generated specifically through website forms (this excludes the massive volume of direct phone calls, which likely doubles these numbers).
- The Conservative End: By calculating the lowest possible conversion rate and the lowest service values (e.g., small dent repairs or basic tinting), we generated over $600,000 in revenue.
- The Mid-Tier End: Using average conversion rates and mid-range services (e.g., full ceramic coatings and standard hail claims), the revenue generated was over $1.3 Million.
- The Lofty Vision End: When accounting for high-end PPF wraps and major catastrophe hail repairs (which can range from $10,000 to
20,000pervehicle),thewebsitedroveover∗∗20,000pervehicle),thewebsitedroveover∗∗6 Million** in potential and realized revenue.
Our goal was never to "look good" on a report. Our goal was to make them money. By focusing on calls and immediate lead response rather than just "vanity metrics," we helped PDRTX scale from a new shop in Celina to a dominant force in the Texas PDR industry.
The Transition: Bringing it In-House
After three and a half years of explosive growth, PDRTX reached a milestone. They had grown large enough that it made sense for them to bring their marketing and operational management in-house.
While it is always bittersweet to conclude a partnership of that intensity, it was also a moment of pride for Frisco Web Agency. We had accomplished exactly what we set out to do: we took a vision and built a machine that was now powerful enough for them to drive themselves. We spent time training their internal team on the systems we built, ensuring they were equipped for the next chapter of their journey.
Conclusion: More Than Business
As I look back on the PDRTX project, I don't just think about the 400 pages of code or the $1.3 million in mid-tier revenue. I think about the people.
Jesse, Jose, and Joel are more than just former clients; they are brothers in Christ and friends. My wife and I were honored to be invited to their weddings. We watched their families grow as their business grew. We saw firsthand how their commitment to "peace and excellence with the Lord" guided every decision they made.
They are godly men with big visions and marriages that we truly admire. At Frisco Web Agency, we are incredibly grateful to have been a "small part of their big vision."
As they move forward, our prayer remains the same: That they would continue to lead with integrity, that their families would be blessed, and that they would fully fulfill their vision to be the number one PDR company in all of Texas.
God bless PDRTX.
